(1) Trust may, on behalf of foreign or domestic investors, perform the functions of taking custody, buying, selling or causing to buy or sell of securities or transferring, registering, de- registering of purchased or sold securities and collecting interest or dividend.
(2) While performing the function of a Custodian pursuant to Sub- section (1), Trust shall meet the procedure as prescribed.
